Architectural and Interior Design Services
AS LLC has been in business since 2000. We have a wealth of experience and work regularly with a very experienced group of consultants covering the disciplines of landscape, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering. We have also consulted with acoustical engineers, commercial food services, and kitchen designers to meet the needs of any particular project.
As part of our design methodology, we first consider the Owner’s program for the project and the needs of the end user. Our firm and the consulting engineers we work with have extensive experience doing a wide variety of project types. We have developed an efficient method of reviewing the owner’s program and budget to guide us in our design decisions and evaluation in mapping out the Scope of Work and selecting the most efficient utilities and service systems.
AS LLC’s Principal has a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) accreditation certification. We are registered to practice architecture in the City of Washington, DC, as well as in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
